What are your store hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday 11am-5pm & Sundays 12pm-4pm. During the Holidays our hours will extend, so check back or see our Instagram (@pinkantlersshop) profile for an update.

Can I order online & do in-store pick up?
Yes! In your cart at check out, use discount code PICK UP and your shipping will be $0. When your order is bagged up and ready for pick up, you will be notified via email (check your spam if you don't see the email).
If you purchase something during a sale, use the sale discount code and then follow up with an email to us (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will get your order changed to Pick Up & issue you a refund for your shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Do you accept returns?

What if there is a damaged item in my order?
We're so sorry! Opening a damaged item is always disappointing. Please email us with a photo of the damaged item in the box and we will either replace the item or refund you if it is no longer in stock.
How quickly do you respond to emails?
We do our best to respond as quick as possible! But, we also take time away from email & work when we can. Our goal is to respond to all emails & DMs within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we find gift cards to be one of the best ways to insure the gift recipient receives something they love! Gift cards can be purchased here.
